A "teaspooned" malt from an undisclosed Campbeltown distillery, it spent 8.5 years in refill American oak before finishing for 18 months in a French ex-Muscat cask. This combination creates a complex and well-balanced whisky, showcasing both fresh fruit and rich earthy characteristics.

This 12-year-old Glenallachie single malt is a part of the exclusive Murray McDavid Benchmark series. Distilled in Speyside, it was initially aged in a 600-litre Sherry butt before a finishing period in a first-fill Oloroso Sherry butt made of European oak. This Australian release showcases a harmonious blend of Glenallachie's signature sweetness and the dominant effects of Oloroso Sherry.

Included in Elixir Distillers’ main selection alongside the Cask Edit and Bourbon Cask, this whiskey blends malts from both the northern and southern shores of Islay. Aged in first-fill and refill sherry butts and hogsheads, it boasts a 54.5% ABV and delivers a strong harmony of smoky and sweet sherry flavors. The end product is a decadent and intense drink that melds Islay's renowned peat with succulent dried fruits and spices, providing a robust sensory journey for aficionados of both sherried whiskey and peaty Islay malts. 

Armorik Classic is produced at the Warenghem Distillery in Brittany, France. This French single malt is aged in a mixture of ex-bourbon barrels of varying ages, capturing the true character of the rugged Breton coastline. The balance of malt sweetness and coastal influence in Armorik Classic represents the pioneering spirit of French whisky craftsmanship, making it a true showcase of the industry's expertise.

Experience the highly acclaimed Kavalan Distillery with their award-winning Kavalan Distillery Select No.1 Single Malt Taiwanese Whisky (700ml). Made in the subtropical climate of Yilan, this expertly crafted whisky is aged in ex-bourbon and refill casks, resulting in a rapid maturation that produces a perfectly balanced and smooth flavour profile. With their expertise in whisky making, Kavalan has created a complex and rich whisky that is sure to impress.

With its inaugural full-term maturation in PX hogsheads, Kilchoman's limited edition PX Sherry Cask Single Malt Whisky boldly enters uncharted territory. At only five years of age, this whisky expertly balances the luxurious sweetness of Pedro Ximénez sherry with the distinctive marine peat notes that define Kilchoman. The PX hogsheads add complex layers of citrus, dark chocolate, and nutty fruitcake, complementing the bold and briny character of this Islay malt. Pōkeno Origin is an exquisitely crafted single malt, distilled from premium New Zealand-grown barley. Founded in 2017 by Matthew Johns, Pōkeno Whisky Co. has swiftly emerged as the leading single malt distillery in the nation. The whisky is matured in carefully chosen first-fill bourbon casks, allowing it to imbue rich flavors while maintaining a crisp and pure profile. With a dedicated cooperage on the premises, Pōkeno oversees every step of the process, from the mash bill to the final bottling, ensuring a consistently exceptional whisky that embodies the pinnacle of New Zealand's whisky craftsmanship.

The Dunedin Double Cask Single Malt is a remarkable offering from The New Zealand Whisky Collection that embodies the expertise and essence of New Zealand's South Island. Crafted using 100% malted barley grown in New Zealand and distilled in two traditional copper pot stills, this whisky is a true representation of the region's commitment to excellence. It undergoes a dual maturation process, beginning in American oak ex-bourbon casks, which impart delightful hints of sweet vanilla and caramel, before being aged in French oak ex-New Zealand red wine casks, which contribute complexity with deep tannins and luscious dark fruit notes. This delicious and refreshing gin is handcrafted, distilled, and bottled on-site in Margaret River. With a focus on all things local, it is made from local freshly picked strawberries, blended with the Grove’s award-winning gin. Strawberries are the star here, giving the liquid a beautiful blushing pink colour. A sippable, refreshing gin from an exciting Aussie distiller.

There’s absolutely nothing traditional about this gin! It tastes exactly like sweet Turkish delight, and as the distillers themselves say - ‘you will either love it or hate it.’ A soft and floral gin, this will linger on your palate. The gentle hue is achieved by maceration with hibiscus flowers post-distillation. If you love Turkish Delight, this might be your new favourite gin!

Hailing from Noosa, this contemporary dry gin has earned numerous well-deserved accolades. Meticulously crafted, it boasts a blend of zesty citrus, maritime botanicals, and hints of hinterland spice. This gin exudes a refreshing complexity, making it perfect for leisurely sipping, either over ice or paired with tonic and a slice of grapefruit.

Since its establishment in 2008, KOVAL has been crafting exceptional spirits. The name “KOVAL” translates to “Blacksmith,” reflecting their dedication to the craft of distilling. While renowned for its whiskeys, this remarkable (certified Kosher) gin is produced using organic and grain-to-glass methods. This excellent gin embraces the concept of “woodland spices” to create a truly unique experience.

Grey Goose vodka emerges from an unwavering commitment to craft a French vodka unparalleled in its distinction. Meticulously crafted, this exceptional vodka is derived from the finest ingredients sourced from France—soft winter wheat and pristine Gensac spring water. Grey Goose is ideally savoured neat, with a mixer, as a Spritz, or in timeless cocktails like the vodka Martini or Espresso Martini.

Crafted by Head Distiller, James Reed, this beautifully aged Rum draws on his childhood living in the Caribbean. While Margaret River isn’t the climate of his youth, James was able to create something fantastic with all the hallmarks of a classic Jamaican rum! The smaller 50L ex-bourbon barrels accelerated the aging of the spirit, imparting more complexity and depth to this delicious dark rum.

Mt. Uncle Distillery, renowned for its rum and gin offerings, pays homage to the age-old traditions and techniques of Mexican Tequila when producing this ‘Agave Spirit’. Produced using 100% Blue Weber Agave, sustainably grown in the volcanic soil of Far North Queensland. The spirit is aged for 2 years in lightly charred American Oak barrels.

Established in 2018 by husband and wife team Nick and Ally, Karu Distillery is situated in the Devils Wilderness, NSW. Their range includes gin, vodka, and rum. Outcask rum is fermented from molasses, distilled in a 600L copper pot still called Calcifer, and aged in ex-Australian whiskey barrels for 2.5 to 3 years. A solera system is used for blending the barrels post-maturation to ensure consistency.

The Hoochery is a family-owned distillery, founded by Raymond ‘Spike’ Dessert III. Their flagship product, Premium Ord River Rum, was made using traditional methods, local ingredients, and rainwater was used to reduce ABV. They take pride in being 100% Australian-made and having the “ugliest still in the world.” Their commitment to quality and craftsmanship remained unchanged for 25 years.
