While they source various whiskies from all over Scotland, you can tell by the flavour profile that the DNA of this blend pays tribute to the Single Malts that Ben Nevis distillery produces. The whisky is matured for a minimum of 12 years in a mix of wine and bourbon casks.

Toffees and caramels in abundance. Decadent vanilla fudge with orange marmalade and a touch of marzipan nuttiness.
Rich caramel sauce sweetness coats your mouth. Very malty, there isn’t much grain whisky in this blend. There is an abundance of biscuity shortbread and baked apples. A pleasant small amount of cherrywood smoke rounds everything out.
Medium in length with smokey spice - think burning cinnamon and cloves.
