First up is the Dumangin Batch 009 Single Malt Welsh Whisky Penderyn. This richly flavoured single-cask, a limited batch release, is the result of an international approach to making small-batch whisky. It is matured for five years in ex-Bourbon barrels and then finished in bespoke Ratafia Champenois casks for a period of 27 months in the ageing cellars at Champagne Dumangin in France, creating a symphony of complexity.

Next is the Shinshu Mars Distillery Maltage “Cosmo” Manzanilla Sherry Cask Finish Blended Malt Japanese Whisky. This whisky is made from a blend of Sherry casks, giving it a unique flavour.

Finally, we have the Gordon & MacPhail Connoisseurs Choice Benriach 1999. This whisky is made from a selection of different types of malt, giving it a complex and delicious taste.
