As a premium spirits retailer we create our own bespoke tasting packs using distilleries' premium spirits from around the world.

Liquor Loot is designed to get you from liquor novice to liquor expert.

Our specialty is our Explorer Subscription Adventures - each month you will receive 3 of our 60mL treasured tasters (that's 2 standard drinks of each premium spirit). Our expert-curated selection of sprits change each month.

About us Do you make your own spirits

We source spirits from distilleries & suppliers around the world. We're a licenced alcohol retailer (Liquor Licence LIQP770016971) and work with distilleries from around the world to source Whisky & Gin for the Liquor Loot subscription and other tasting pack products. We do not currently distill our own products.

Our warehouse & head office are located Sydney, Australia. We have a team of spirit experts & customer service located around Australia and overseas.

Subscription What is members pricing?

Becoming a Liquor Loot member means you save up to 7.5% on a huge range of full bottles, every day.

You need to have an ongoing, active subscription to access members pricing.

Subscription How do I update my subscription?

No problems! You can login here and update your contact details or address. If you update your shipping address, please email support@liquorloot.com with the updated address, so we can ensure your next delivery goes to the correct address.

Subscription Can I pause my subscription

Absolutely - you can pause or skip upcoming boxes by logging in to your account. Any questions, just ask our friendly support team via live chat

Subscription How do I cancel my subscription?

We will be so sad to see you go! You can always pause your subscription, skip upcoming months or transfer your subscription to quarterly. To cancel your subscription, simply email login to your account and hit the cancel button - there are no fees or charges to cancel, and you can cancel anytime (but please check your billing date, as you need to cancel 24 hours before your next box is processed)

We ship all over Australia including to Parcel lockers + PO Boxes

Shipping + Delivery How long will shipping take?

We dispatch within 2 business days of you placing your order. Once your parcel is on its way, here are approximate delivery times:

NSW/ACT  - 2-5 business days

VIC/QLD/SA - 3-10 business days

NT - 5-10 business days

WA/TAS - 7-14 business days


And for Express Shipping:


NSW/ACT  - 1-2 business days

VIC/QLD/SA/TAS - 2-3 business days

NT - 3-4 business days

WA - 3-5 business days


Please note Auspost may at times experience delays out of our control especially during peak periods, and the above shipping times are approximate.

Shipping + Delivery How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free for orders over $150 and subscription orders, and for orders below $150 shipping is calculated at checkout based on product weight + delivery location. Express shipping and transit cover is extra and is calculated at checkout. 

From time to time we have promotions and free shipping offers, and this will be displayed on the site.

Shipping + Delivery Should I select transit cover at checkout?

We recommend it! This covers you in the unlikely instance your parcel is damaged or lost by Auspost. Liquor Loot is not liable for lost or damaged parcels without transit cover.

Shipping + Delivery What happens if my delivery is damaged, late or goes missing?

Contact our friendly support team and they can assist you! Please note most parcels are delivered within 5 days of the estimated delivery date, and Liquor Loot is not liable for lost or damaged parcels without transit cover.

Shipping + Delivery What happens if I miss my delivery?

No worries - your delivery driver will leave a card and your delivery will be available for pick up at your nearest post office for ten days (unless you or your business has specific delivery arrangements with Australia Post).

Shipping + Delivery Can I collect my order from your warehouse to save on shipping costs?

All our parcels are delivered by Australia Post and cannot be collected from our warehouse. If you’ve left it last minute, make sure you select express shipping at checkout.

Shipping + Delivery Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship Australia-wide only.

Promotions Why my code is not working?

You may receive online offers and promotions which include a promotional or coupon code (Code) for use when shopping at the Website. It is your responsibility to ensure that the Code is valid, and that you enter the Code at the time of making your purchase online. We cannot apply the Code retrospectively once you have submitted your Order. Terms and conditions will apply to the use of the offer or promotion. Please read these carefully to make sure you can take proper advantage of these offers. Any Code is non-transferable and, unless expressly stated, may not be used in conjunction with any other offers. If your code is lost or stolen it will not be reissued.
