Forty Spotted is presented in a beautifully designed bottle that can be displayed either way up. The bottle is inspired by Lark’s location in Tasmania – “at The Bottom of the World”, whilst the embossed lines reflect the currents of ocean and air that shape the Tassie landscape.
The range takes its name from the Forty Spotted Pardalote, one of the rarest birds in the world, confined to a small corner of South Eastern Tasmania. A fitting counterpoint to the Lark brand, also inspired by a bird, and a testament to the distillery’s eye for detail.

Soft and approachable with aromas of fresh rose and gentle juniper. Citrus and raspberry offer complex undertones. Like a walk through a Tasmanian flower garden, whilst sipping orange juice.
Boiled raspberry lollies, with rosewater, honeyed juniper, sweet orange marmalade and subtle chopped herbs. A little grapefruit and pink peppercorn add some bright warmth.
