Bottled at 46% ABV, it captures the essence of its unique terroir.

Armorik Pineau des Charentes Single Cask is a distinctive French single malt from the Warenghem Distillery in Lannion. Aged in casks that previously held Pineau des Charentes, a fortified wine, this whisky offers a unique blend of rich, fruity flavours and complex character. Bottled at a robust 58.7% ABV, it is a testament to the innovative spirit of Armorik, making it a must-try for whisky enthusiasts.

Stauning El Clásico Vermouth Finish Whisky is a matured rye whisky that has additionally been aged in vermouth casks. Produced by Stauning Distillery in Skjern, Denmark, this expression is part of their experimental series, showcasing their dedication to traditional methods and local ingredients. Rye whisky and sweet vermouth have always paired beautifully in the iconic Manhattan cocktail, and this whisky highlights that synergy. Crafted from locally harvested rye and barley, floor-malted at the distillery, and matured in Virgin American Oak and Spanish Vermouth casks, this double-distilled whisky is unfiltered and 100% handmade, offering an intriguing and distinctive experience. This unique, complex, and intriguing offering is perfect for advanced whisky drinkers, providing exceptional quality at a great price point.

Slyrs Pedro Ximénez Finish Single Malt Whisky is a prime example of traditional Bavarian distilling at the prestigious Slyrs Distillery near the picturesque Lake Schliersee in Upper Bavaria. Founded by Florian Stetter in 1999, the distillery has undergone significant development, combining age-old practices with contemporary methods. Influenced by a trip to Scotland, Stetter aimed to produce a Bavarian whisky that could rival the best, initially at the Lantenhammer Distillery. In 2007, the distillery relocated to a specialized facility in Neuhaus, equipped with cutting-edge technology, ushering in a new era of exceptional quality and consistency. Under the guidance of production manager Hans Kemenater, Slyrs has become a leading force of excellence and innovation in the German whisky industry. Using locally-sourced barley malt from Bamberg and pristine water from the nearby Bannwaldquelle, their unpeated single malt whisky truly embodies the essence of its origins. 

One of Waubs Harbour's flagship single malt whiskies, this unique combination of ex-tawny French Oak and American Oak casks create a flavourful profile with hints of poached pear, sultana, brown sugar syrup, and hot custard. At 48%, the ocean's salty air enhances the sweetness and adds depth to the oak. In 2023, a previous version of our Port Storm whisky received a Master medal at the World Whisky Masters.

Showcasing the rich chocolate & spice of sherry cask whisky, Amber Lane master blender Rod Berry has brought together several premium Apera & PX casks, with just a dollop of bourbon cask, to create a delicious dram of complexity & sweetness

Distilled at Midleton Distillery, this expression from the Method & Madness range showcases innovation with its unique chestnut cask finish. Matured initially in ex-bourbon and oloroso sherry barrels, it captures a distinctive blend of traditional craft and bold, experimental wood ageing. The French Chestnut wood finish imparts a rich complexity to the whiskey, marking a rare venture beyond the conventional oak maturation process.

Waterford Luna 1.1 stands as a groundbreaking effort by Waterford Distillery to merge biodynamic farming with whiskey production. As the world’s first whisky made from biodynamic barley, using barley from four farms during the 2017 season, it reflects a deep commitment to terroir, provenance & innovation. Aged for over three years in a unique array of casks including first-fill American oak, virgin oak, French oak, and Vin Doux Naturel, it's a testament to innovation and craftsmanship in whiskey-making. Bottled at 50% ABV, it offers a unique exploration of flavour influenced by natural agricultural methods, and unique cask selection.

This delicious and refreshing gin is handcrafted, distilled, and bottled on-site in Margaret River. With a focus on all things local, it is made from local freshly picked strawberries, blended with the Grove’s award-winning gin. Strawberries are the star here, giving the liquid a beautiful blushing pink colour. A sippable, refreshing gin from an exciting Aussie distiller.

There’s absolutely nothing traditional about this gin! It tastes exactly like sweet Turkish delight, and as the distillers themselves say - ‘you will either love it or hate it.’ A soft and floral gin, this will linger on your palate. The gentle hue is achieved by maceration with hibiscus flowers post-distillation. If you love Turkish Delight, this might be your new favourite gin!

Hailing from Noosa, this contemporary dry gin has earned numerous well-deserved accolades. Meticulously crafted, it boasts a blend of zesty citrus, maritime botanicals, and hints of hinterland spice. This gin exudes a refreshing complexity, making it perfect for leisurely sipping, either over ice or paired with tonic and a slice of grapefruit.

Since its establishment in 2008, KOVAL has been crafting exceptional spirits. The name “KOVAL” translates to “Blacksmith,” reflecting their dedication to the craft of distilling. While renowned for its whiskeys, this remarkable (certified Kosher) gin is produced using organic and grain-to-glass methods. This excellent gin embraces the concept of “woodland spices” to create a truly unique experience.

Grey Goose vodka emerges from an unwavering commitment to craft a French vodka unparalleled in its distinction. Meticulously crafted, this exceptional vodka is derived from the finest ingredients sourced from France—soft winter wheat and pristine Gensac spring water. Grey Goose is ideally savoured neat, with a mixer, as a Spritz, or in timeless cocktails like the vodka Martini or Espresso Martini.

Crafted by Head Distiller, James Reed, this beautifully aged Rum draws on his childhood living in the Caribbean. While Margaret River isn’t the climate of his youth, James was able to create something fantastic with all the hallmarks of a classic Jamaican rum! The smaller 50L ex-bourbon barrels accelerated the aging of the spirit, imparting more complexity and depth to this delicious dark rum.

Side Hustle distillery is from the folks behind Shepparton Brewery, who were keen to dive into the world of gin and experiment with exciting new flavours and botanicals. Everything takes place onsite at Side Hustle, from blending to distilling to bottling. This brand new release is about as festive as it gets - it’s Christmas in a bottle.

Mt. Uncle Distillery, renowned for its rum and gin offerings, pays homage to the age-old traditions and techniques of Mexican Tequila when producing this ‘Agave Spirit’. Produced using 100% Blue Weber Agave, sustainably grown in the volcanic soil of Far North Queensland. The spirit is aged for 2 years in lightly charred American Oak barrels.

Established in 2018 by husband and wife team Nick and Ally, Karu Distillery is situated in the Devils Wilderness, NSW. Their range includes gin, vodka, and rum. Outcask rum is fermented from molasses, distilled in a 600L copper pot still called Calcifer, and aged in ex-Australian whiskey barrels for 2.5 to 3 years. A solera system is used for blending the barrels post-maturation to ensure consistency.

Husk embodies the essence of the North Coast of NSW, Australia, connecting to its land and elements. Distilled in a 6000L Scottish Forsyth still, the only one of its kind to be located down under, their Rare Blend Rum combines fresh cane juice and cane honey and is aged in small American Oak barrels.

The Hoochery is a family-owned distillery, founded by Raymond ‘Spike’ Dessert III. Their flagship product, Premium Ord River Rum, was made using traditional methods, local ingredients, and rainwater was used to reduce ABV. They take pride in being 100% Australian-made and having the “ugliest still in the world.” Their commitment to quality and craftsmanship remained unchanged for 25 years.
