A fascinating rye whisky from maverick distiller Peter Bignell and his Belgrove Distillery, known for being one of the most sustainable on the planet. This spirit has been made using rye grown by Bignell himself and smoked with peat dug from Tasmania’s Central Highlands (also by the main man). The result is spicy, fruity, and smoky rye.
