Red Mill Gold Rum, resurrected by David Fesq and Garth Foster, is a contemporary reimagining of a famed 1930s Sydney brand. This first batch is a meticulously crafted blend, aged in five distinct cask types—White Bordeaux, Australian Pinot Noir, Oloroso Sherry, Mistelle Sherry, and Cognac—before being rested in ex-bourbon casks. The result is a lighter, floral, and uniquely Australian rum that balances tradition with innovation.
