Poli Grappa Bassano Classica is a traditional Italian grappa produced by the Poli Distillery, a family-owned operation since 1898, located in Schiavon, near Bassano del Grappa, Veneto—the heart of grappa production. This young grappa is crafted from a cuvée of grape pomace typical of the Bassano del Grappa area. Known for its purity and clean profile, it captures the essence of freshly distilled pomace, offering a timeless and authentic grappa experience.
