Victoria’s Kinglake Distillery have created another uncompromising flavour bomb with the recent release of their signature O’Grady’s Stand ex-Bourbon cask matured, as a ‘Full Noise’ expression of raw cask-strength Single Malt. Made from NSW grown barley malt and a peated malt from Scotland, the spirit was aged for over two years in 50 litre ex-Bourbon barrels, producing this powerful and heady dram.
