A thoroughly contemporary take on the sloe gin tradition. This gin liqueur begins with Koval’s signature dry gin – made with a rye spirit base, and flavoured with 13 botanicals including woodland spices and rose hip! The spirit is then infused with cranberries sourced from local organic farmers, before sweetness is added, producing a characterful, slightly tart and approachable profile.
