Distilled, crafted, matured, and bottled at the Wellington Park Distillery, located on a small family farm nestled at the foothills of Kunanyi. This very limited release from Eden Whisky is aged in a French Oak ex. Tasmanian Pinot Cask which has created a rich and complex Single Malt. Bottled at a reasonably high ABV, it has a fantastic mouthfeel and is an extremely sippable dram.

Tasting notes
Nose
Surprisingly sweet on the nose with a complex blend of citrus and butterscotch developing with time in the glass.
Taste
A syrupy mouthfeel that again builds in complexity. Starting sweet, citrus notes come to the front while the sweetness returns toward the end.
Finish
Nice and long. A rich sweetness becomes slightly drying thanks to the red wine tannins.
