Walsh Whiskey Co. is passionate about the revival of Irish whiskey. They only started building their own distillery in 2014, but have been sourcing and blending whiskey from some of Ireland's best distilleries since 1999.
The juice in this bottle comes from Midleton Distillery, the home of the Irish whiskey powerhouse Jameson. But don’t expect anything similar, this whiskey is a single malt variant that packs in the flavour and shows everything that Irish whiskey can and should be.

A fistful of herbaceous green nettles and sage that opens up to fresh green apple and pear. Hints of cinnamon and cloves to season and add complexity.
A continuation of the nose but the fresh, fruity and green notes are tempered by vanilla and bolstered with black pepper. Bales of hay and creamy porridge notes develop on subsequent sips.
The complexity of the taste fades quickly leaving strong cereal notes and a touch of milk chocolate.
