Tasting notes
Nose
Very fruity with powdery sweet fresh-cut red apples and bunches of white grapes. Further exploration reveals butter on toasted fruit bread.
Taste
Sweet and textural with melted wildflower honey on toasted brioche. Thin slices of green apple and finely grated orange zest bring freshness and brightness.
Finish
Short with warming ginger spice, a little dark chocolate bitterness and some toasty oak notes.
