Ginologist had a lofty ambition when creating this gin: to make a citrus gin that was unlike any other in this increasingly contested style. The South African distillery is known for its attention to detail, and scientific approach, with each recipe developed through repeat testing in labs. Three “hero” botanicals are used: lime, grapefruit and a little lemon, producing an intensely citrusy final product.
