A classic Jamaican rum from the historic Appleton Estate, which dates back to 1749. This rum is made with a base of molasses, and contains a combination of funky, heavy pot still distilled spirit, and lighter, more fragrant, column still rum. The spirit has been aged in former Bourbon casks, imparting creamy sweetness.
