When do the 2022 Advent Calendars go on-sale?
Our 2022 Calendars will go on-sale to the general public on Monday 27 September at 12pm AEST. Whisky Loot and Gin Loot members will be able to purchase during an exclusive pre-sale before hand (check your email for further details).

I bought an advent calendar last year. Should I buy it again?
Absolutely - there are no repeats in this year’s calendars so you can enjoy a whole new tasting experience!
How much do the advent calendars cost?
Pricing may change over time as this is a limited stock product. Starting at $279 for Gin Loot, plus $70 for the paired Tonics. Whisky Loot Advent Calendar starts at $229, with the more premium Collector’s Edition starting at $399. For the spirit lovers, the Spirits Advent Calendar starts at $269 as well. All pricing includes FREE shipping Australia-wide.

Can I reserve an advent calendar or do I have to pay upfront?
All our advent calendars this year are paid upfront, but you do have flexible payment options available to you such as AfterPay or Zip.
I want to buy multiple advent calendars - how do I do this?
Awesome! Head to our Advent Calendar page and you can add up to ten advent calendars to your cart and pay for them all at once.
What if I change my mind?
Depending on the circumstances our friendly customer service team can help you swap your order prior to delivery. Unfortunately once the product has been dispatched we do not accept returns.
How does shipping work? How much is delivery?
We ship via Australia Post standard eParcel post, this is FREE for all advent calendar deliveries. This requires signature on delivery to ensure the recipient is over 18 years of age. All the calendars will ship out from our warehouse on or by 20th November. Please note in the instance of parcels returned to sender due to not being picked up or incorrect address, a $15 redelivery fee will apply.
Do you ship internationally?
We are based in Sydney and ship Australia-wide only.
Do I need to sign for my delivery?
Our Christmas elves want to make sure your calendar gets to you safely, so all deliveries will need to be signed for. We can also deliver to Parcel lockers or PO Boxes. Please note in the instance of parcels returned to sender due to not being picked up or incorrect address, a $15 redelivery fee will apply.
Can I collect my advent calendar?
All our calendars will be shipped out and are not available for collection.

Do you offer members-only pricing on the advent calendars?
The Advent Calendars are a seasonal product, and therefore do not fall under the ‘Members-Only Bottle Shop’ pricing. We encourage our members to buy the Advents early with special early-bird pricing launching in September.
What is the estimated delivery date?
Deliveries take 3-7 days for the East Coast of Australia, and up to 14 days for all other areas. You will be provided with a tracking number and link to monitor your delivery on dispatch.
I bought a box but drank it in the wrong order?
After many many many tests, we’ve discovered that it tastes good in any order, hope you enjoyed it.
I received this as a gift, what does it do?
It makes your December fantastic with a drink a day - or if you got it for Christmas, you can drink at your leisure! Make sure you check out the tasting notes which contain info about the awesome distillers, and head to our bottle shop to snap up a full bottle of your favourites.
