How much is shipping?
You will receive free shipping on standard subscription boxes, and pre-paid gift subscriptions. For any order ad-ons or new purchases, shipping is charged for orders under $150, unless otherwise advised.
How often will the recipient receive the whisky tasting box?
Our subscription boxes are shipped monthly. If this is a gift subscription, the gift receiver must redeem their subscription with their own delivery address to get started receiving their deliveries. Once redeemed, the subscription starts immediately on a monthly cadence until the subscription has expired.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Unfortunately, at this stage we do not offer gift wrapping services for our gift subscriptions. You will receive an awesome email that allows you and/or the receiver (your choice at checkout) to receive an email with redemption instructions.
Can the recipient choose the types of whiskies included in the box?
Your subscription gives you the opportunity to explore some of the best whiskies available in Australia, Scotland, Ireland, Japan, and the New World countries like Taiwan. The choice of each whisky in the box is based upon the curation by the team at Liquor Loot. Unfortunately customization is not available for each box.
Can the subscription be paused or cancelled?
As a prepaid gift subscription, the delivery can only be paused if the recipient requests this to our customer service, or via the online portal. Cancelling is not possible once the gift has been redeemed.
