This small-batch and hand-crafted Tasmanian whisky is as raw and pure as nature and the hand of the maker intended it to be. Made by the prolific and state of the art, Adams Distillery in Tasmania’s North, this Cask Strength limited edition expression delivers a huge and complex flavour profile. Sweet vanilla ex-Bourbon American oak, along with spicy and fruity ex-Port French oak, all finished in seasoned Rum barrels.

Tasting notes

Nose

Sweet malty aromas of barley sugar, buttered sourdough toast with plum jam, dried apple, dark chocolate and well-balanced oak.

Taste

Initial bitter sweetness of burnt toffee, dark chocolate covered coffee beans, then a growing peppery spice and woody astringency.

Finish

Ex-Bourbon and Port casks finished in Rum casks.
