The team at the award winning 78 Degrees Distillery in the Adelaide Hills are always looking to create new flavours in their whiskies and expand the boundaries of what a whisky can be, and the Muscat Barrel Finish is an excellent example. Inspired by the world famous Rutherglen Muscat, cask matured for many years, muscat barrels have been sourced from local producers to impart lovely deep raisin and spice.
