Made with a base of grape spirit, this is a luxurious and fruity gin from Adelaide Hills Distillery. Botanicals of strawberrygum, bush apple, and rosella create a floral, vibrant profile. Vapour distillation has ensured the delicate flavours are retained. Perfect for sipping slowly as warm evenings unfold.
More Details
First founded in 2014 by a former vintner, Adelaide Hills Distillery takes a winemakers approach to gin production.
Sacha La Forgia, the wine-maker in question, also spent some time at a grappa distillery, where he was encouraged to return to Australia and establish his own distillery. Sacha created his own copper still, and began to produce high quality small batch gins heavily influenced by Australian botanicals.
This blush-coloured expression is the perfect introduction to Adelaide Hills’ impressive gins.

Tasting notes
Nose
Herbal and complex, with notes of forest floor, piney juniper, eucalyptus and subtle orchard fruits. There’s a little citrus rind and fresh strawberry.
Taste
Peppery and light, with notes of sharp, underripe berries, fragrant juniper, more musty forest floor, gum leaf and green apples. Very drinkable.
