Located in the Adelaide Hills, Ambleside Distillers deliver aromatic and flavourful gins, exemplified by their Small Acre gin. A wonderfully complex gin produced using botanicals grown in Ambleside’s own botanical garden. Homegrown rhubarb imparts a soft sweetness, while apple, pear, and nine other botanicals - including bay leaf and pepper berry - add depth.

Nose
Crisp Pear dances with fragrant juniper, as well as hints of spicy pepper berry and herbal bay leaf.
Taste
Juicy apple and sweet pear, enlivened by a delightful tang of rhubarb. Subtle warmth comes from pepper berry whilst juniper sits as the backbone.
