Amrut Bagheera is an Indian single malt created from Amrut's peated Indian barley spirit and finished in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. The whisky takes its name from Bagheera, the black panther from Rudyard Kipling's The Jungle Book, reflecting the expression's darker and more intense character.

The sherry finishing adds layers of dried fruit, dark chocolate and rich sweetness to Amrut's underlying malt and gentle smoke, creating a whisky that balances fruit, oak and spice. The combination of Indian maturation conditions and sherry cask influence gives Bagheera a character distinctly different from traditional European single malts.
