Founded in 2017 by long-time friends, Pete Jaffe & Matty Parkin, AOB collaborated with a Whisky Loot favourite, Adams Distillery, on this limited edition release. It was distilled in 2019, using AOB’s own malt recipe, and aged in 100L American and French Oak Pinot Noir barrels for 4 years in Tasmania and the Northern Rivers of NSW.

Tasting notes
Nose
Those small barrels really show here, the wine characteristics of ripe red berries feature while the vanilla from the oak appears with time.
Taste
Rich jammy fruits, with ripe apricots, and spiced red berries all rounded out with a dark toffee note.
Finish
Slightly sweet with flavours of cinnamon, cloves, and oak, adding depth and a satisfying conclusion.
