AOB was established in 2017 by two friends passionate about utilising local products, regenerative agriculture, and supporting the local Mullumbimby community. This gin is trickle-distilled through 500L copper Müller still and rested to allow all the aroma and flavour to settle together in harmony. The exciting part? The Slowing Down Of Time Gin evolves between every batch.

Tasting notes
Nose
Aroma of vetiver, a fragrant wild grass known as a natural sedative, and Geraldtown wax, a lovely pink flower with similar flavour to lemon myrtle.
Taste
Juniper, of course! Coriander also comes through wtih a subtle hint of citrus oils. A crisp, dry and deeply warming peppery finish.
