It’s well known that citrus and gin is a match made in heaven, and this is Backwoods’ uniquely Aussie interpretation of that famous combination. All the lime flavouring comes from two different native Australian Limes, Desert Limes and Finger Limes. The addition of a little pink Murray River salt is clever, to make those citrus notes really pop in HD. Backwoods Salted Lime Gin is fun, fresh and vibrant.

Tasting notes
Nose
Bright, zesty lime peel immediately takes hold early on. An underlying complexity of woody rosemary, violet flowers, and peppery spice invites you back for more.
Taste
Here, things get a whole lot more savoury. Juniper notes become more prominent and herbaceous, combining with the hints of salinity. Juicy lime is everpresent, leading to a warming ginger finish.
