Distilled in the heart of the Barossa Valley and inspired by Penfold’s brandy distilling heritage, Barossa Distilling Co. have been producing a glorious range of gins, naturally infused with the region’s viticulture since 2016. The annual release Budburst Gin presents a light and fresh style with berry fruit, sweet orange, pink pepper and bush floral notes, blended with Barossa Valley aromatic wines.
