A deliciously juicy example of Australia grape gin from Holly Klintworth. This bottling brings together traditional gin botanicals such as juniper, coriander, pepperberry, and angelica with wild fermented Pinot Noir juice. Pinot Noir is notoriously difficult to grow, and this gin is named after the ‘heartbreak’ winemakers often feel when dealing with this grape!

Nose
