This medium to full-bodied wine displays deep purple hues and aromas of red berries, violets, and subtle spice. The late-ripening Syrah from Clarendon delivers generosity and a soft, silky texture, while the Grenache contributes vibrant fruit flavours of raspberry and plum. The palate is balanced with fine tannins and a lingering finish of dark chocolate and earthy notes. Aged in French oak, it pairs well with grilled meats, hearty pasta dishes, or mature cheeses. A well-structured wine that showcases the unique terroir of McLaren Vale.
