Tasting notes
Nose
Rye spices of cinnamon, pepper and clove up front, followed by some earthy smoke, oak, vanilla and freshly chopped mint.
Taste
Quite a nutty flavour, with peanuts and sesame seeds, alongside more spicy smoke, toasted rye bread, vanilla and some honeyed apples.
Finish
Long and lip-smackingly smoky, featuring lingering flavours of cinder toffee, cinnamon and roasted oily nuts.
