The Apogee XII is a blend of single malt whiskies sourced from the Highlands and Speyside regions of Scotland, which are further cask matured at the Bimber Distillery in London. At the distillery, the whiskies are finished in ex-bourbon casks that were used to mature their own sought after Bimber Single Malt Whisky, released in 2019. These casks add orchard fruit and honeyed malty sweetness.
