Tasting notes
Nose
A bright bouquet of sweet and floral. Chamomile and meadowsweets turn a little dry and grassy. A zesty citrus burst cuts through.
Taste
Deceptively bold given the more subtle nose. Piney resinous juniper leaps out of the glass, supported by black pepper and green tea leaves with a grapefruit pith finish.
