Carving out a niche in Northern NSW, Brookie’s Gin has become the area’s most loved gins, not only for how they taste, but also for what they stand for. Their Byron Dry Gin uses 17 botanicals foraged from rainforest on their farm and is used to macerate fresh kumquats for several months to fully absorb the essential oils. Inspired by Eddie’s grandmother, this annual release is an ode to ‘Shirl the Pearl’.
