This unique distillery was founded by a group of friends as a homemade project to create a non-alcoholic gin for people in their group who couldn’t drink alcohol. Thankfully that project was so successful that they moved into full-strength spirits too! This, their second release, is a blend of individually distilled botanicals featuring warming cassia, ginger, and native wattleseed.

Nose
Warm and rich notes of cinnamon, ginger, and clove jump out with juniper and slight citrus present.
Taste
All the warm botanicals really stand out here, cloves, cassia, and ginger are joined by cocoa and star anise. Classic juniper and orange support.
