Hailing from one of Tasmania’s newest (and most ambitious) distilleries, this festive whisky is a true celebration of the holiday spirit, offering a rich, joyful experience with every sip. It begins its maturation in Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez casks, which impart floral aromas and luscious sweetness. The whisky’s journey continues in Moscatel casks for two years, adding vibrant, fruity notes and warmth. The result is a perfectly balanced expression of layered flavors, harmonizing sweet and aromatic elements to evoke the warmth and cheer of Christmas in every glass.
