This single vintage Calvados from Victor Gontier has been made using a combination of 70% apples and 30% high quality perry pears. This is an excellent example of Gontier’s rustic, authentic and deeply flavoursome Calvados.

Calvados is a speciality apple (and sometimes pear) brandy from the Normandy region of France. Whilst less well known than Cognac, Calvados is largely regarded as the finest style of the apple brandy in the world.
