Produced at Château de Bonbonnet estate in Cognac, Citadelle is produced using an innovative and patented progressive fusion method developed by the distiller and showcases a harmoniously balanced blend of 19 botanicals. This meticulous infusion process imparts a fresh, floral character to the gin, enhanced by subtle notes of pepper and spice.

Tasting notes
Nose
Aromatic juniper blends with honeyed nuts and crème brulee. Warm cinnamon, nutmeg, and a touch of star anise blend with Citrusy notes.
Taste
The spices come alive with hints of cinnamon, and cardamom. Floral undertones from the violet are balanced by orris root and angelica.
