Crafted from 100% Blue Agave which has been meticulously hand-harvested in Mexico's Los Altos region. The hearts of these agaves are slow-cooked in a brick oven and then fermented in open-air steel vats. Double distillation in stainless steel pot stills enhances and concentrates flavours. The resulting spirit is aged in American White Oak barrels for 16 to 18 months.
