Corowa Distilling Co. set out to revive the country town’s derelict Flour Mill – previously a major driver of the local economy – when they established their distillery there in 2010. They have certainly met their ambition, swiftly becoming one of the finest distilleries operating in Australia today.
They’ve also stayed true to the heritage of the Flour Mill, using local grains to produce their delectable drams. This Bourbon cask expression is a clear signal of who they are, how far they’ve come, and where they’re going.

Tasting notes
Nose
Vivid aromas of lemon and orange zest first greet the drinker, followed by waves of grassy malted barley, slight warm hay, vanilla, and subtle sweet oak.
Taste
Mouth-coating and medium bodied, with flavours of intense lemon rind, creamy marzipan and vanilla, soft American oak and a little minty up-lift towards the finish.
