Situated in Riga, the vibrant capital of Latvia, Latvijas Balzams Distillery draws inspiration from the city’s rich heritage of inspiring unique and rebellious drinks, notably the renowned Riga Black Balsam. Taking cues from Black Balsam’s 1752 secret recipe, the distillery produces a captivating gin that pays homage to its local roots. Crafted using chamomile, linden blossoms, rosemary, and juniper.
