A rare cross-continental collaboration, this whisky began its journey in Melbourne, crafted by Starward and aged in Barossa red wine barrels. It was then transported to Champagne, where it was finished in Ratafia Champenois casks under the guidance of J. Dumangin Fils. The result is a whisky with striking character, weaving together ripe red fruits, gentle sweetness and a silky texture. Layers of berries, vanilla and subtle spice create balance and complexity.
