One of their notable creations is the Feijoa & Pepper Gin, meticulously crafted with a blend of juniper, locally picked Feijoa fruit from Manjimup and white pepper.

Tasting notes
Nose
Juniper pine up front with a beautiful peppery sweetness, the white pepper acting almost as seasoning.
Taste
The Feijoa really shines through, with support from the white pepper. The juniper comes through after the initial tropical sweetness.
