A marvellous blend of the best that Islay has to offer! This blended malt whisky combines spirits from around the famous peaty island. The spirit itself has been aged in a combination of first-fill and refill ex-Bourbon barrels, lending sweetness to the smoke, before being bottled at a powerful 54.5% ABV.

Tasting notes
Nose
Plenty of grassy peat, but nicely balanced by pineapple, vanilla oak and ripe bananas. Sweet malt and smouldering wood emerge with time.
Taste
Rich and syrupy, with strong Bourbon barrel notes of toffee apple, cinnamon, sweet oak and vanilla all underpinned by thick peat smoke.
Finish
Very long and smoky, but creamy too, with notes of vanilla custard, burnt sugar, charred oak, lemon peel, red apples and dried tropical fruit.
