‘Resposado’ translates from Spanish as ‘rested’, and this spirit has rested in American oak barrels for six months. The San Nicolas Distillery produce their spirit from 100% blue Weber agave, playing it music during fermentation to ‘inspire’ it to become great Tequila (apparently classical music is better for the yeast).
