Lark Distillery was the first new whisky distillery to be established in Australia in over 150 years when it was founded in the early-1990s. In 2015, they decided they weren’t satisfied only producing top-quality single malt whiskies, so they branched out in gin with this range of expertly crafted bottlings.
Forty Spotted will turn your preconceptions of Australian gin upside down, with their bottles celebrating their location at “the Bottom of the World” by being presentable standing on their head.

Nose
Deceptively floral with a little purple violet and orange blossom. On the second impression, floral notes become juicy sweet orange with a strong juniper backbone.
Taste
Full-bodied and spicy the native pepperberry comes through with a soft fruity-floral edge rather than woody. Mighty resinous pine notes come through with herbaceous complexity.
