This delicate and mellow spirit showcases a fruity character and multi-layered profile. Three grain whiskies, crafted using Bourbon, Canadian, and Scotch methods, harmoniously blend to create a very unique expression.

Tasting notes
Nose
Very interesting and delightful aromas of apple & pears with barrel-influence vanilla and a complex, sweet, and spicy backbone.
Taste
At least one classic flavour from each part of the blend can be tasted, with Bourbon sweetness shining.
Finish
The sweetness fades to the apples from the nose but with a slight funk and rye spice
