This gin is distilled in a thirteenth-century chapel in a little fishing village on the outer fringes of Barcelona.

Taking inspiration from the glorious dry Mediterranean climate and cuisine, this delightfully savoury gin features individual distillates of basil, rosemary, thyme and olives. Sweet and bitter orange peels are also a highlight of this stunning gin that will take you all the way to the picturesque Mediterranean coast.

Tasting notes
Nose
Potent pine and herbaceous notes with the juniper and thyme dominating. Sweet orange peel cuts through to add freshness, with a pleasant olive salinity bringing everything together.
Taste
The fragrant garden herbs positively burst on the palate with lashings of fresh basil, thyme and rosemary. The lines between juniper and rosemary blur with a citrus-driven coriander seed spice coming through.
