A “weird and wonderful” gin! As the name suggests, it’s made with a base of sheep’s whey! Produced at the family-run Hartshorn distillery, which is attached to the Hartshorn family’s sheep farm, the gin is made in tiny batches, sometimes as low as ten bottles each. Using an unusual glass column still, Ryan Hartshorn imbues his spirit with delicate flavours of juniper and native tasmanian botanicals, three of which have never been used in gin before. Totally unfiltered.
