This bottling is produced in support of the American Prairie Reserve, a charitable organisation that seeks to preserve and restore an area of Great Plain Prairie about the size of the Sydney Metropolis, 10% of post tax profits go to support this cause.

The whiskey itself contains spirit between 2 to 13 years old, bottled at 46% ABV and non-chill filtered. It’s blend of high Rye mash bills adds an interesting spice note to this great bourbon.
