A new limited release from High West Distillery, renowned for its Rye Whisky expressions, this Single Malt dram is produced using traditional Scottish single malt methods. Distilled and fermented on the grain, it is then aged in both virgin American oak and refill casks for around 9-12 years.
With their first ever Single Malt release, High West have shown respect for tradition whilst reminding us of their American heritage.

Tasting notes
Nose
A captivating blend of malt, vanilla, and woody oak intertwines with caramel & fresh apricot. While notes of honey, fig jam, and dried wildflowers add depth.
Taste
Hay-like malt meets ripe banana, nutmeg, and woody oak. Delight in the sweetness of honeyed apples, crème caramel, almond macaroons, and toasted biscuits. A nutty and sweet profile lingers with hints of hazelnut chocolate.
Finish
Soft and malty with a touch of banana cereal sweetness. Woody notes linger, creating a harmonious conclusion to this remarkable whisky.
